I'd say closer to 3.5 stars, but that's not an option. I hate coming in on the middle of a series, so that may be shading my score somewhat (because it didn't seem like you needed all the backstory, I just like to have it). I thought this was well written, and amusing and I'll have to check out the rest of the series to see what her brothers' stories are. It was one of those rake and heroine fall in love but the major challenge to their relationship seems insurmountable, and it was actually dealt with in what I considered a pretty realistic manner (for a change). So I liked it, and am going to check out some of the others in the series.
